Accessibility Statement

Building for everyone who visits.

Axis37 is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. Below is the standard we target, the work that is ongoing, and how to flag a barrier if you hit one.

Last updated: May 13, 2026.

1. Our commitment

Axis37 is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We work to comply with applicable accessibility laws and to follow recognized best practices.

2. Standard we target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and situational limitations.

3. Ongoing efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. Our current efforts include:

  • Building pages with semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and clear landmark structure;
  • Providing meaningful alternative text for non-decorative images;
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements;
  • Designing forms with associated labels, clear error messages, and keyboard-accessible controls;
  • Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements;
  • Testing on common screen readers and browsers as part of our development process;
  • Reviewing and remediating accessibility issues as they are identified.

Despite these efforts, some content on the Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to address remaining issues and welcome feedback that helps us improve.

4. Third-party content

Some portions of the Site may include content, plugins, embeds, or services provided by third parties. Axis37 does not control the accessibility of third-party content and cannot guarantee that it will meet the same standards as content we author and host directly. We work with third-party vendors who prioritize accessibility, and we welcome reports of barriers in third-party content so we can pursue alternatives.

5. Assistive technology compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with major screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack). Using current browser and assistive-technology versions generally provides the best experience.

6. Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier on the Site, or if you would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us. We treat accessibility reports seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly.

Email: accessibility@axis37.com

Please include the page URL, a description of the barrier, the browser and assistive technology you were using (if relevant), and the contact method you prefer for a response. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.

7. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with the response to an accessibility report, you may seek additional assistance through the appropriate state or federal agency. Nothing in this statement waives any right or remedy available under applicable accessibility law.

8. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement as the Site evolves and our accessibility work continues. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
